Replacing a Teacher and Transferring Students

If you are a License Coordinator, Co-Coordinator, or Sub-Coordinator and need to replace a teacher mid-year, this process lets you transfer their license and assigned students to another teacher.

Steps:

  1. Go to the Manage Users tab from your My Account page.

  2. On the Teachers/Admins page, locate the teacher to be replaced.

  3. Click the three vertical dots next to their name and choose Replace.

If adding a new teacher/admin:

  • Select the “New Teacher/Admin” option and enter their information.

  • Click Complete to finish.

If assigning the license to an existing teacher/admin:

  • Select the “Existing Teacher/Admin in My Organization” option.

  • Choose the teacher from the dropdown list.

  • Click Complete.

You’ll see a confirmation message showing that Teacher #1 has been replaced with Teacher #2, and all associated students remain on the new teacher's roster.

🔔 Reminder: All educators using Learning A-Z resources must have an active, paid license.
