Changing the License Coordinator on a Learning A-Z Account

There may be times when a new contact needs administrative access to your Learning A-Z account. Follow the steps below based on your role and situation.


šŸ•’ When to Change the License Coordinator

Changing the License Coordinator is appropriate when:

  • A new staff member needs administrative access.

  • The current coordinator is leaving or changing roles.

Best Practice:
Plan ahead. If possible, complete the change while both the current and new contacts are available.


šŸ‘¤ If You Are the Current License Coordinator

You can update the License Coordinator directly from your account.

āœ… Step 1: Start the Chat While Logged In

  1. Log into your Learning A-Z account.

  2. Click the blue chat icon in the lower-right corner.

  3. Select ā€œChat with us.ā€

  4. Click ā€œI agreeā€ to accept the disclaimer.

āœ… Because you're logged in, the system will recognize you as an authorized user.


šŸ“ Step 2: Provide New Coordinator Details

  1. Choose ā€œReplace License Coordinatorā€ and click ā€œContinue.ā€

  2. Select ā€œI would like to update this account.ā€

  3. Enter the new coordinator’s full name, email address, and phone number.


šŸ“¤ Step 3: Finalize the Update

  • You’ll be connected to a live agent who will finalize the update.


šŸ“§ What Happens Next?

Once the update is processed:

  • The new License Coordinator will receive an email with:

    • Their username

    • A link to set their password

    • Helpful coordinator tips

🚫 If the Current License Coordinator Is Unavailable

An authorized third party can request the change.

āœ… Step 1: Download and Complete the Form

  1. Click the link at the bottom of this section to download the form.

  2. Fill it out completely — digitally or by printing and scanning.

Who can sign the form?
Only individuals authorized to make contractual changes, such as:

  • Superintendent / Assistant Superintendent

  • Principal / Vice Principal / Assistant Principal

  • Dean of Students / Headmaster

  • Curriculum or IT Coordinator

  • Any role with ā€œDirectorā€ in the title


šŸ“¤ Step 2: Submit the Completed Form

  1. Go to any Learning A-Z page.

  2. Click the blue chat icon in the lower-right corner.

  3. Select ā€œChat with us.ā€

  4. Click ā€œI agreeā€ to accept the disclaimer.

  5. Choose ā€œI have an account.ā€

  6. Select ā€œNo thank you, see other options.ā€

  7. Enter your Full Name and Email Address.

  8. Choose ā€œReplace License Coordinatorā€ and click ā€œContinue.ā€

  9. Select ā€œThe form is ready to be submitted.ā€

  10. Click the paper clip icon to attach your completed form.

  11. You’ll be connected to a live agent who will finalize the update.

Once the update is processed:

  • The new License Coordinator will receive an email with:

    • Their username

    • A link to set their password
