There may be times when a new contact needs administrative access to your Learning A-Z account. Follow the steps below based on your role and situation.
š When to Change the License Coordinator
Changing the License Coordinator is appropriate when:
A new staff member needs administrative access.
The current coordinator is leaving or changing roles.
Best Practice:
Plan ahead. If possible, complete the change while both the current and new contacts are available.

You can update the License Coordinator directly from your account.
ā Step 1: Start the Chat While Logged In
Log into your Learning A-Z account.
Click the blue chat icon in the lower-right corner.
Select āChat with us.ā
Click āI agreeā to accept the disclaimer.
ā Because you're logged in, the system will recognize you as an authorized user.
š Step 2: Provide New Coordinator Details
Choose āReplace License Coordinatorā and click āContinue.ā
Select āI would like to update this account.ā
Enter the new coordinatorās full name, email address, and phone number.
š¤ Step 3: Finalize the Update
Youāll be connected to a live agent who will finalize the update.
š§ What Happens Next?
Once the update is processed:
The new License Coordinator will receive an email with:
Their username
A link to set their password

An authorized third party can request the change.

Fill it out completely ā digitally or by printing and scanning.
Who can sign the form?
Only individuals authorized to make contractual changes, such as:
Superintendent / Assistant Superintendent
Principal / Vice Principal / Assistant Principal
Dean of Students / Headmaster
Curriculum or IT Coordinator
Any role with āDirectorā in the title

Go to any Learning A-Z page.
Click the blue chat icon in the lower-right corner.
Select āChat with us.ā
Click āI agreeā to accept the disclaimer.
Choose āI have an account.ā
Select āNo thank you, see other options.ā
Enter your Full Name and Email Address.
Choose āReplace License Coordinatorā and click āContinue.ā
Select āThe form is ready to be submitted.ā
Click the paper clip icon to attach your completed form.
Youāll be connected to a live agent who will finalize the update.
