Creating a Co-License Coordinator

Co-LC, Co-Coordinator, Co-Administrator

Updated over 2 months ago

Co-license coordinators can help manage your licenses efficiently. They can:

  • Create, remove, and update users.

  • View usage data at school and district levels.

However, they cannot:

  • Manage content refinement.

  • View or manage purchase history.

  • Create another co-license coordinator.

Moreover, they do not handle license renewals and purchases or manage multiple accounts independently.

Role Compatibility

A user can simultaneously hold dual roles, such as serving as both a classroom teacher and a Co-License Coordinator within the same account. This allows for integrated management without the need for separate accounts.

  5. Select the Set This User as a Co-LC sub-tab.

  6. If the co-coordinator will use the resources, check the I would like this user to also have product access box, then check the box for each product they will use.

Managing Multiple School Accounts

To manage licenses across multiple school accounts, primary LCs must explicitly add the individual to their rosters as a Co-LC for each school account. This provides seamless access to all necessary licenses and resources.

The co-license coordinator will receive a welcome email with login information and a link to their Account Management page.

Regular reviews of role assignments and permissions are recommended to align responsibilities with organizational needs.
