Creating a Co-License Coordinator

Co-LC, Co-Coordinator, Co-Administrator, Second Administrator, Second LC, Second Coordinator

Overview: Co-license coordinators can help manage your licenses efficiently. They can create, remove, and update users, and view usage data at school and district levels. However, they cannot manage content refinement, view or manage purchase history, or create another co-license coordinator.

Registering a New User as a Co-License Coordinator:

  1. Log in to your Account Management page.

  2. Select the Manage Users tab.

  3. Click the Add Teacher/Admin button.

  4. Enter the first/last name, email, and school for the co-coordinator.

  5. Select the Set This User as a Co-LC sub-tab.

  6. If the co-coordinator will use the resources, check the I would like this user to also have product access box, then check the box for each product they will use.

  7. Click Save User.

Registering an Existing User as a Co-License Coordinator:

  1. Log in to your Account Management page.

  2. Select the Manage Users tab.

  3. Click the vertical ellipsis to the far right of the user's name, then click Edit.

  4. Select the Set This User as a Co-LC sub-tab.

  5. If the co-coordinator will use the resources, check the I would like this user to also have product access box, then check the box for each product they will use.

  6. Click Save User.

The co-license coordinator will receive a welcome email with login information and a link to their Account Management page.
