Creating a Co-License Coordinator

Co-LC, Co-Coordinator, Co-Administrator, Second Administrator, Second LC, Second Coordinator

We know how valuable your time is, so we have provided you with the ability to create co-license coordinators to help manage your licenses.

A co-license coordinator can:

  • Create, remove, and update users as if they were you

  • View usage data at school and district levels

A co-license coordinator cannot:

  • Manage content refinement

  • View or manage purchase history

  • Create another co-license coordinator


​To register a user as a new co-license coordinator:

  1. Log in to your Account Management page.

  2. Select the Manage Users tab.

  3. Select the Add Teacher/Admin button.

  4. Enter a complete name, email, and school for the co-coordinator.

  5. Select the Set This User as a Co-LC sub-tab.

  6. If the co-coordinator will be using the resources, check the I would like this user to also have product access box, then check the box for each product they will be using.

  7. Click Save User.


​Or, if the coordinator already has a Learning A-Z username:

  1. Log in to your Account Management page.

  2. Select the Manage Users tab

  3. Click the vertical ellipsis to the far right of the user's name then click Edit.

  4. Select the Set This User as a Co-LC sub-tab.

  5. If the co-coordinator will be using the resources, check the I would like this user to also have product access box, then check the box for each product they will be using.

  6. Click Save User.


The co-license coordinator will be sent a welcome email with login information and a link to their Account Management page.
