We know how valuable your time is, so we have provided you with the ability to create co-license coordinators to help manage your licenses.
A co-license coordinator can:
Create, remove, and update users as if they were you
View usage data at school and district levels
A co-license coordinator cannot:
Manage content refinement
View or manage purchase history
Create another co-license coordinator
To register a user as a new co-license coordinator:
Log in to your Account Management page.
Select the Manage Users tab.
Select the Add New User button.
Enter a complete name, email, and school for the co-coordinator.
Select the Set This User as a Co-LC sub-tab.
If the co-coordinator will be using the resources, check the I would like this user to also have product access box, then check the box for each product they will be using.
Click Add User.
Or, if the coordinator already has a Learning A-Z username:
Log in to your Account Management page.
Select the Manage Users tab
Click the vertical ellipsis to the far right of the user's name.
Select the Set This User as a Co-LC sub-tab.
If the co-coordinator will be using the resources, check the I would like this user to also have product access box, then check the box for each product they will be using.
Click Update User.
The co-license coordinator will be sent a welcome email with login information and a link to their Account Management page.
