NOTE: If you are the current LC of a Learning A-Z account but need to replace the LC on a different multi-license account, or are not a License Coordinator for any account, please see Non-Account Owner: Changing the License Coordinator.
Current License Coordinator's can follow the steps outlined below:
Log into your Learning A-Z account.
Select the blue chat icon in the lower right corner of the screen.
Choose “Chat with us” to start a new chat.
Note: Because you are logged in, we will recognize you as an authorized user to request this change.
Select “I agree” if you agree to the disclaimer and continue with the process.
If you do not agree, you will not be able to complete this process.
In the list of options presented, choose “Replace License Coordinator” then select “Continue”.
Next, select “I would like to update this account”.
Enter the new License Coordinator’s full name.
Enter the new License Coordinator’s email address.
Enter a phone number for the new License Coordinator.
You will now be transferred to an agent who will complete the process for you.
Once updated, the new top-level coordinator will receive an email confirmation with their username, a link to set their password, and a few coordinator tips.
