1. Log into your Learning A-Z product. | |
2. Select the blue chat icon in the lower right corner of the screen Alternately, you can select the Contact menu at the top and choose "Chat with Us" |

3. Choose “Chat with us” to start a new chat.

4. Click “I agree” if you agree to the disclaimer and continue with the process. If you do not agree, you will not be able to complete this process. |

5. In the list of options presented, choose “Replace License Coordinator”. |
|
6. The next option asks you to select the change you want to make.
|
|
7. You ‘ll be asked to create a ticket. |
|
8. Complete the 4 required fields on this page to make the request and select “Create Ticket” to submit. |
|
9. Your request will be completed by one of our team members and both you and the new coordinator will receive an email update once the process is complete. |

Once updated, the new top-level coordinator will receive an email confirmation with their username, a link to set their password, and a few coordinator tips.
