A single educator license paid for by the school or district can be transferred to another teacher. However, permission to use resources is only granted to one classroom at a time.
To transfer a single educator license to another teacher, please have someone in a position of authority within the school or district contact us and include:
Licensed organization
Product(s)
A license identifier (username, license ID, or previous top-level coordinator's name)
Name, phone number, and email address of the new License Coordinator
Agreement with our Usage Policy; one license per educator
Please allow 2-3 business days from receipt of the request to update our records. Once updated, the new teacher will receive an email confirmation with their username and password. Remember, curriculum use requires a current license. Permission to use resources is only granted to one educator per license. The previous teacher, that is no longer licensed, must discontinue use of previously downloaded resources.
