Restoring a Removed User

Instructions on how to restore,Teachers, Sub-Coordinator, or Reports only users.

Updated this week

If a teacher or admin was deleted, you can restore them as long as you have an available license.

How to Restore:

  1. Log in and go to the Manage Users tab.

  2. From the View dropdown menu, select Removed Users.

  3. Find the user and click the Restore icon to the left of their name.

  4. Choose what access they need:

    • Have product access – gives them access to Learning A-Z resources (1 license supports up to 36 students). Users with more than 36 students will need a license for each set of 36.

    • Give licenses to others – allows them to assign licenses to other users.

    • Access admin reports – lets them view school or district-level reports (not just classroom data).

  5. Assign licenses:

    • For each product (e.g., Raz-Plus), check the box for each product they need access to. If they will be giving licenses to others, type the number of licenses they will allocate or 0 to skip.

    • Raz-Plus must be assigned before add-ons become available.

  6. When you're ready, click Restore User.

Note: If you accidentally deleted a Sub-Coordinator, please let us know.

Remember, every educator using downloaded resources must have a paid, active license, and you can only register as many teachers as you have purchased licenses.
