How to Remove Product Access from a License Coordinator Account

If you're a License Coordinator and can't assign licenses to teachers, it's likely because the licenses are currently assigned to your own account. This guide shows you how to remove product access from your account so those licenses can be reassigned to teachers.


To Free Up Licenses from Your Account

  1. Log In

    • Go to your Account Management page.

    • Click the Manage Users tab.

  2. Find Your Account

    • You’ll see a list of all users.

    • Locate your name at the top of the list.

    • Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) to the far right of your name.

    • Select Edit.

  3. Remove Product Access

    • On the edit screen, uncheck the box labeled Have Product Access.

    • This will remove any licenses assigned to your account.

  4. Save Changes

    • Click Update User at the bottom of the page.

    • You’ll return to the Manage Users page, and the licenses will now be available to assign to teachers.
