Learning A-Z licenses do not support adding co-teachers. Each license is associated with the contact details of a single intended user. The sole user will need to share the login details with the co-teacher to grant access to the account. However, we can annotate the account with their information to ensure they receive appropriate support.
If you would like to add a co-teacher to your account, please chat with us and provide the following information:
The username on the account the co-teacher will be accessing.
First and Last Name of the co-teacher.
Email Address for the co-teacher.
How do they intend to use the resources with the homeroom teacher?
Do they have their own set of students that will be added to the roster?
Once we have the above information, we will be happy to notate the account.
