If one of your users cannot remember their login information, they can visit our forgot password page to reset it.
Alternatively, you can assist by prompting users to reset their password.
♦ To reset an Individual User's Password:
Log in to your Account Management page.
Click the Manage Users tab.
Make sure that you are on the Teachers/Admins tab.
In the Teachers/Admins table, identify the individual who needs support to reset their password. Click the vertical ellipsis to the far right of that user's name.
5. Select Edit.
6. Click Reset Password in the upper right of the page.
7. Confirm by clicking Send Link.
The user will receive an email with their username and a link to reset their password.
♦ To Reset All User's Passwords:
You can also prompt all of the users on your account to reset their passwords at one time.
Log in to your Account Management page.
Click the Manage Users tab.
3. Click the vertical ellipsis to the far right above the user list.
4. Select Reset All Passwords.
Each user will receive an email with their username and a link to set their new password.
♦ If your users don't receive the email, please have them check their junk or spam folders. If they still do not receive the email, you may need to add [email protected] as a safe address in your school's firewall security.
