If a teacher on your roster forgets their login info, there are two ways to help:
Option 1: They Reset It Themselves
They can visit the Forgot Password page and follow the prompts to reset their login.
Option 2: You Reset It for Them (Individual User)
- Log in to your Account Management page. 
- Go to the Manage Users tab and make sure you're on the Teachers/Admins view. 
- Find the teacher’s name, click the three vertical dots beside it, and choose Edit. 
- Click Reset Password (top right of the page). 
- Click Send Link to confirm. 
The teacher will receive an email with their username and a password reset link.
To Reset Passwords for All Users at Once

- From the Manage Users tab, click the three vertical dots at the top right of the user list. 
- Select Reset All Passwords. 
Everyone on the roster will get an email with reset instructions.
