If a teacher on your roster forgets their login info, there are two ways to help:
Option 1: They Reset It Themselves
They can visit the Forgot Password page and follow the prompts to reset their login.
Option 2: You Reset It for Them (Individual User)
Log in to your Account Management page.
Go to the Manage Users tab and make sure you're on the Teachers/Admins view.
Find the teacher’s name, click the three vertical dots beside it, and choose Edit.
Click Reset Password (top right of the page).
Click Send Link to confirm.
The teacher will receive an email with their username and a password reset link.
To Reset Passwords for All Users at Once

From the Manage Users tab, click the three vertical dots at the top right of the user list.
Select Reset All Passwords.
Everyone on the roster will get an email with reset instructions.
