1. Start the Reset Process:
Click Forgot your password? or Forgot your username?.
An email will be sent with your username and a link to reset your password.
2. Important Tips:
Choose the correct username link if you have multiple accounts with the same email.
Click the link just once in the email.
Depending on your email security filters, it might take a few minutes to arrive or be redirected to your spam or junk folder.
The password reset link expires in 2 hours for added security.
For Parents Who Have Purchased or Trialed a License

1. Use the Teacher Login Option:
Click Forgot your password? or Forgot your username?.
An email will be sent with your username and a link to reset your password.
2. Important Tips:
If you have more than one account associated with that email, click the link under the correct username in the email sent to you.

If the student has forgotten their teacher's username or student password, please contact their teacher.

1. Reset Your Parent Access Password:
Visit Kids A-Z.
Click Parent in the upper right.
Click Forgot your password?.
Enter your email and click Send Password Reset via Email.
2. Important Tips:
If there is a Parent Access account registered to that email, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
If you have not received a password reset, please work with your child's teacher, who can set up a parent account or verify the email address.
