Current License Coordinator: Changing the License Coordinator

Administrator, Account Owner, Account Manager, LC

NOTE: If you are the current License Coordinator of a Learning A-Z account but need to replace the LC on a different multi-license account, please see Non-Account Owner: Changing the License Coordinator.

For current license coordinators: To designate a new account owner (License Coordinator, Administrator, or Account Manager), to your Learning A-Z account, log into your account and click the chat bubble at the bottom of the screen.

  • To start, click Chat with us

  • Select Replace Current License Coordinator

  • Next, select I would like to update my account.

**Please note: If you are changing the License Coordinator on another account, select I would like to update a different account, download this License Coordinator Change Form (LC Change Form Rev4.pdf) and follow the steps in Non-Account Owner: Changing the License Coordinator

  • Then click Create Ticket

  • Fill out the fields with the requested information, and click the blue Create ticket button when done

  • You will receive a confirmation that your ticket has been submitted. Note: Once you've submitted the ticket, you don't have to wait around. We'll notify you via email and also send a notification in chat once the request is complete

  • To check on the status of your ticket request, open your chat and click on Tickets at the bottom. Additionally, you will receive an email notification when your submission changes to In Progress or Resolved.

Once updated, the new top-level coordinator will receive an email confirmation with their username, a link to set their password, and a few coordinator tips.
