Changing the Account Owner

To designate a new account owner, please have someone in a position of authority within the school or district click the chat bubble at the bottom of the screen and include:

  • Licensed organization

  • Website(s)

  • A license identifier (previous top-level coordinator's name, email, or username)

  • Name, phone number, and email address of the new account owner

  • Agreement with our usage policy; one license per educator

Please allow up to 2-3 business days from receipt of the request to update our records. Once updated, the new top-level coordinator will receive an email confirmation with the username and password.
