Best Practice:

  • Proactive Planning: Anticipate personnel changes and complete access requests when both the current and new contacts are available.

Current License Coordinator Unavailable:

  • Authorized Requests: An authorized third party (e.g., school or district administrator, Principal, Vice Principal, Curriculum Director) may request the change.
