Restoring a Deleted Teacher
Updated over a week ago

Removed users can always be restored as long as there is a license available. To do so:

  1. Log into the Account Management section.

  2. Select the Manage Users tab.

3. Select Removed Users from the View drop-down box.

4. Click the Restore icon next to the user you wish to restore.

5. Select the access criteria needed for the user.

  • Have product access: Select this option for a classroom teacher or a coordinator who will have product access. A product license can have up to 36 students rostered to a class. Users with more than 36 students will need a license for each set of 36.

  • Give licenses to other users: Select this option to allow this user to allocate licenses to other users.

  • Access admin reports: Select this for teachers or administrators who you want to have access to see activity reports at a school/district level. This is separate from individual classroom reports.

6. Allocate Licenses for the restored user. For example, if the user should have access to Raz-Plus, replace the “0” with a “1” in the first column.

  • Please note that a teacher must be licensed to Raz-Plus to access the Raz-Plus add-ons. The products are highlighted once the Raz-Plus license is allocated, so licenses can be assigned to the teacher.

  • Continue to allocate other product licenses with a “1” as desired.

  • If the user needs more licenses, indicate the total number of licenses needed.

7. Click Restore User.

We also recommend checking out the Restore User walkthrough in our Guided Help menu on any Account Management page.

If you accidentally deleted a coordinator, click the chat bubble at the bottom right of the screen to contact us.

Remember, every educator using downloaded resources must have a paid, active license, and you can only register as many teachers as you have purchased licenses.
