Mobile App Doesn't Load Correctly

This issue is likely caused by an outdated operating system or version of the app. We recommend uninstalling the Kids A-Z app, updating your operating system (if needed), and reinstalling the Kids A-Z app.

To Uninstall:

  • iPad: Click and hold the app icon to remove.

  • Android: Select the Kids A-Z app from within the Application Settings and click uninstall.

To Reinstall:

  • Visit the appropriate app store and download the app again.
