Basic troubleshooting steps to help resolve issues with the Kids A-Z mobile app

Overview: The Kids A-Z app provides students with access to Learning A-Z resources on mobile devices. The app is free to download but requires an active license and registered login to Raz-Plus, Raz-Kids, Foundations A-Z, Science A-Z, Writing A-Z, or Vocabulary A-Z.

Common Issues and Solutions:

  1. Installation and OS Update:

    • Uninstall the App:

      • iPad: Tap and hold the app icon until it wiggles, then click the "x" to remove.

      • Android: Select the Kids A-Z app from Application Settings and click "Uninstall."

      • Kindle: Tap and hold the app icon until the menu appears, then click "Remove from Device."

    • Reinstall: Download the app again from the appropriate app store.

    • Update OS: Ensure your device's operating system is up-to-date.

      • Apple iOS: Version 14 or higher.

      • Android: Version 7.0 or higher.

      • Kindle OS: Version 5 or higher.

  2. System Requirements:

    • Storage: 91MB free storage.

    • RAM: 1GB RAM.
