This is likely caused by an outdated operating system or version of the app. We recommend uninstalling the Kids A-Z app, updating your operating system (if needed), and reinstalling the Kids A-Z app.

​To uninstall:
​iPad: Click and hold app icon to remove.
​Android: Select the Kids A-Z app from within the Application Settings and click uninstall.
​
​To reinstall:
Visit the appropriate app store and download the app again.

If you continue to experience difficulties after updating your operating system and Raz-Kids app, please click the chat bubble in the bottom of the screen to speak to a customer support specialist.
