This is likely caused by an outdated operating system or version of the app. We recommend uninstalling the Kids A-Z app, updating your operating system (if needed), and reinstalling the Kids A-Z app.

​iPad: Click and hold app icon to remove.
​Android: Select the Raz-Kids app from within the Application Settings and click uninstall.

Visit the appropriate app store and download the app again.
