Class Chart Not Updating or Not Loading through Mobile App

This is likely caused by an outdated operating system or version of the app. We recommend uninstalling the Kids A-Z app, updating your operating system (if needed), and reinstalling the Kids A-Z app.

To uninstall:
iPad: Click and holdthe Kids A-Z app icon to remove.
Android: Select the Kids A-Z app from within the Application Settings and click uninstall.

To reinstall:
Visit the appropriate app store and download the app again.
