Clearing your browser's cache can resolve many issues with Learning A-Z websites. Internet browsers cache pages to provide faster service when returning to that page. If the site updates the stored page, the cached file will not be updated.
Instructions differ depending upon your browser and version. Please click on the appropriate browser link below for your platform.
Chrome
Firefox
Edge
Safari
After clearing your cache, please restart all windows of your browser. You may also need to restart your computer.
We have found our customers have the most success with Chrome and Firefox. You might also try switching to one of those if you are using Internet Explorer, Edge, or Safari.
Mobile Devices
If you are using a mobile device, first make sure you are using the Kids A-Z app, rather than accessing Kids A-Z through a browser.
Clearing an app's cache varies greatly from device to device, so we recommend searching for instructions for your specific device. However, here are are some general steps.
iPad, iPhone, or iPod
Close the Kids A-Z app.
Select Settings.
Scroll down on the left and tap the Kids A-Z app.
Toggle Reset Cache to green.
Restart your device.
Android
Open your Settings menu.
Select Apps or Application Manager.
Scroll down and tap Kids A-Z.
Tap Storage.
Tap CLEAR CACHE.
Restart your device.
Kindle
Open the Settings menu.
Select Apps & Games.
Tap Manage All Applications.
Select Kids A-Z.
Tap CLEAR CACHE.
Restart your device.
