Clearing Your Browser's Cache

Steps to Clear Cache:

  1. Choose Your Browser for step-by-step instructions:

  2. After Clearing Cache:

    • Restart all browser windows.

    • You might need to restart your computer.

Recommended Browsers:

Chrome and Firefox work best. If you're using Internet Explorer, Edge, or Safari, try switching to Chrome or Firefox.

Clearing The Kids A-Z App's Cache

For Mobile Devices:

  1. Use the Kids A-Z App:

    • Don't use a browser; use the app.

  2. Clear App Cache:

    • iPad, iPhone, or iPod:

      1. Close the Kids A-Z app.

      2. Go to Settings.

      3. Tap the Kids A-Z app.

      4. Toggle "Reset Cache" to green.

      5. Restart your device.

    • Android:

      1. Open Settings.

      2. Select Apps or Application Manager.

      3. Tap Kids A-Z.

      4. Tap Storage.

      5. Tap CLEAR CACHE.

      6. Restart your device.

    • Kindle:
