License Coordinator, Administrator, Account Owner, Account Manager

There may be cases where a new contact needs to have administrative access to the account and a change is required.

The best practice for changing a License Coordinator is to be proactive. If you are aware that there may be a personnel change within your account, complete the request when both parties (the current and new contact) are both available.

If the current License Coordinator is no longer available, the new contact or an authorized 3rd party (school or district administrator) may request the change.
