There may be cases where a new contact needs to have administrative access to the account and a change is required.

Best Practice:

  • Be proactive. If a personnel change is anticipated, complete the request when both the current and new contact are available.

If the Current License Coordinator is Unavailable:

  • The new contact or an authorized third party (school or district administrator) may request the change.
