To share Vocabulary A-Z lessons with the other teachers on your multi-license account, categorize your lists first:
Categorize your lessons:
Log in to Vocabulary A-Z.
Click Custom Lessons > Your Lessons.
Select an uncategorized lesson.
Click Actions and choose Edit.
Under the Save In... drop-down menu, select or create a category.
Click Save Lesson.
Share a Category of Lessons:
Log in to Vocabulary A-Z.
Click Custom Lessons > Your Lessons.
Select the category you wish to share.
Click Actions in the upper right.
Select Share.
If you are the license coordinator on your account, you can also select Share as a Standard Curriculum.
View and Assign a Shared Lesson:
Log in to Vocabulary A-Z.
Click Custom Lessons > Your Lessons.
In the left menu, click Shared Lessons.
Select the school name and then the teacher's name, or select Standard Curriculum to view lessons shared by your license coordinator.
Click on the desired lesson.
Click Assign or Download to print a PDF with a lesson plan, worksheets, and an assessment.
