To share Vocabulary A-Z lessons with the other teachers on your multi-license account, your lists must first be categorized:

To categorize your lessons:

1. Log in to Vocabulary A-Z.

2. Click Your Lessons.

3. Select an uncategorized lesson.

4. Click Actions and choose Edit.

5. Under the Save In... drop-down menu, select a category or create a new one.

6. Click Save Lesson.

To share a category of lessons with the other teachers on your multi-license account:

1. Log in to Vocabulary A-Z.

2. Click Your Lessons.

3. Select the category you wish to share.

4. Click Actions in the upper right.

5. Select Share.

If you are the license coordinator on your account, you can also select Share as a Standard Curriculum.

To view and assign a lesson shared by another teacher on your multi-license account:

1. Log in to Vocabulary A-Z.

2. Click Your Lessons.

3. Click Shared Lessons.

4. Select the name of the school and then the teacher's name.

a. Or select Standard Curriculum to view and assign lessons shared by your license coordinator.

5. Click on the desired lesson.

6. Click Assign.
