How To Chat With A Representative

This article will help you chat with a representative by giving step by step on how to start a chat.

Here are the step-by-step instructions to initiate a chat with a representative:

  1. Look for the blue chat icon located at the bottom right-hand side of any Learning A-Z page.

  2. Click on the blue chat icon to open the chat window.

  3. In the chat window, click on "Send us a message" or "Messages".

  4. If you choose "Messages," click the blue "Send us a message" button.

  5. If you select "Send us a message", then you will see two buttons: "Yes, I will login" or "No thank you; see Other Options".

6. Choose the appropriate option based on your preference.

**If you have an account, it is recommended to select "Yes, I will login" to provide the agent access to your account information for a better experience.

7. Follow the prompts presented in the chat window to continue the conversation.

**Please note that signing in is recommended for the best experience, as it allows the customer support agent to access your account information and assist you more effectively.
