How To Chat With A Representative

This article will help you chat with a representative by giving step by step on how to start a chat.

To initiate a chat with our customer support team, please follow these instructions:

  1. Look for the blue chat icon located at the bottom right-hand side of any Learning A-Z page.

  2. Click on the blue chat icon to open the chat window.

  3. In the chat window, click on "Contact support" or "Messages".

  4. If you choose "Messages," click the blue "Contact support" button.

  5. If you select "Contact support", then you will see two buttons: "Login" or "No thank you; see Other Options".

6. Choose the appropriate option based on your preference.

**If you have an account, it is recommended to select "Login" to provide the agent access to your account information for a better experience.

7. Follow the prompts presented in the chat window to continue the conversation.

**Please note that signing in is recommended for the best experience, as it allows the customer support agent to access your account information and assist you more effectively.
