To initiate a chat with our customer support, please follow these instructions:

In the chat window, select "Send Us A Message" or "Messages" option.
If you select "Messages": Within the Messages option, choose "Send Us A Message".
If you select "Send A Message": Within the "Send A Message" option, you will see two buttons: "Login" or "See Other Options".
6. Choose the appropriate option based on your preference.

7. Follow the prompts presented in the chat window to continue the conversation.
