Click on the blue chat icon to open the chat window.
In the chat window, click on "Send us a message" or "Messages".
If you choose "Messages," click the blue "Send us a message" button.
If you select "Send us a message", then you will see two buttons: "Yes, I will login" or "No thank you; see Other Options".
6. Choose the appropriate option based on your preference.
**If you have an account, it is recommended to select "Yes, I will login" to provide the agent access to your account information for a better experience.
7. Follow the prompts presented in the chat window to continue the conversation.
