  1. Look for the chat icon located at the bottom right-hand side of any Learning A-Z page.

  2. Click on the chat icon to open the chat window.

  3. In the chat window, click on "Send us a message" or "Messages".

  4. If you choose "Messages," click the "Send us a message" button.

  5. You will need to agree to chat with us using AI-powered resources from Sunny, our friendly chat bot. Sunny will get you to one of our knowledgeable Customer Support Specialists if you need more help.

    **If you have an account, it is recommended to select "Yes, I will login" to provide the agent access to your account information for a better experience.

  6. Follow the prompts presented in the chat window to continue the conversation.
