How To Chat With A Representative
This article will help you chat with a representative by giving step by step on how to start a chat.

To initiate a chat with our customer support, please follow these instructions:

  1. Look for the blue chat icon located at the bottom right-hand side of the page.

  2. Click on the blue chat icon to open the chat window.

  3. In the chat window, select "Send Us A Message" or "Messages" option.

  4. If you select "Messages": Within the Messages option, choose "Send Us A Message".

  5. If you select "Send A Message": Within the "Send A Message" option, you will see two buttons: "Login" or "See Other Options".

6. Choose the appropriate option based on your preference.

**If you have an account, it is recommended to select "Login" to provide the agent access to your account information for a better experience.

7. Follow the prompts presented in the chat window to continue the conversation.

**Please note that signing in is recommended for the best experience, as it allows the customer support agent to access your account information and assist you more effectively.
