This guide explains how teachers can create and manage classrooms after being assigned a license. It walks you through setting up your first classroom, adding additional classrooms (if you have more than one license), assigning products, and moving students between classrooms. These steps ensure that your students have access to the correct resources and that your classroom setup aligns with your license permissions.
β Step-by-Step: Create a Classroom
Log in to your account.
Go to Manage Students > Roster.
Click Manage Classrooms.
Click Add New Classroom (top right corner).
Enter a Classroom Name and select the Product(s) you want to assign.
Click Add Classroom.
βοΈ To edit products for a classroom later, click the pencil icon next to the classroom name. Then check or uncheck the products you want to assign or remove.
β Adding More Classrooms
You need one license per classroom.
To add another classroom:
Follow the same steps above.
Only products available for your license will appear for selection.
π Moving Students Between Classrooms
Go to Manage Students > Roster.
In the Classroom column, click the current classroom name next to a student.
Select the new classroom from the list.
π Students will only have access to the products assigned to their current classroom.
