File Cabinet

The File Cabinet allows you to organize, re-use, and share your favorite resources. If you use Raz-Plus or Science A-Z, you can assign resources directly to your students from the File Cabinet.

To add resources to your folders:

  1. Log in using your teacher username and password.

  2. Search for resources.

  3. Click the Add To... button

  4. Choose an existing folder or click New Folder.

    • If new, name the folder and click Add.

  5. Click Add Resource.

► To edit your File Cabinet:

  1. Log in using your teacher username and password.

  2. Click File Cabinet.

  3. Navigate to the appropriate folder.

  4. Click Actions to rename, copy, move, or delete the folder as appropriate.

    • To copy, move, or delete an individual resource, click the stacked menu for that resource.

    • If the folder's resources have been assigned to students, the delete option will not be available.

► To share resources saved in your File Cabinet with other teachers on your multi-user account:

  1. Log in using your teacher username and password.

  2. Click File Cabinet.

  3. Select a folder.

  4. Click Actions.

  5. Select share...

  6. Choose whether to share the folder with your district, school, or a specific teacher on your multi-user account.

Note: Individual subscribers will not have the share option as there are no other teachers connected to their account to share with.

To assign resources saved in your File Cabinet (for Raz-Plus and Science A-Z users only):

  1. Log in using your teacher username and password.

  2. Click File Cabinet.

  3. Select a folder.

    • To assign resources from a folder shared by another teacher, you will need to make a copy of the folder first.

  4. Click Assign Resources.

  5. Select the appropriate activities, students, and options.

  6. Click Assign e-Resources.
