Overview: The File Cabinet allows you to organize, re-use, and share your favorite resources with other teachers on your multi-user managed account. Raz-Plus and Science A-Z users can assign resources directly to students from the File Cabinet.

Adding Resources to Folders:

  1. Log In:

    • Use your teacher username and password.

  2. Search for Resources:

    • Click the "Add To..." button.

    • Choose an existing folder or click "New Folder."

    • If creating a new folder, name it and click "Add."

    • Click "Add Resource."

Editing Your File Cabinet:

  1. Log In:

    • Use your teacher username and password.

  2. Access File Cabinet:

    • Click "File Cabinet."

    • Navigate to the appropriate folder.

    • Click "Actions" to rename, copy, move, or delete the folder.

    • To copy, move, or delete an individual resource, click the stacked menu for that resource.

    • Note: If the folder's resources have been assigned to students, the delete option will not be available.

Sharing Resources:

  1. Log In:

    • Use your teacher username and password.

  2. Access File Cabinet:

    • Click "File Cabinet."

    • Select a folder.

    • Click "Actions."

    • Select "Share..."

    • Choose whether to share the folder with your district, school, or a specific teacher on your multi-user account.

    • Note: Individual subscribers will not have the share option as there are no other teachers connected to their account.

Assigning Resources (Raz-Plus and Science A-Z Users Only):

  1. Log In:

    • Use your teacher username and password.

  2. Access File Cabinet:

    • Click "File Cabinet."

    • Select a folder.

    • To assign resources from a folder shared by another teacher, make a copy of the folder first.

    • Click "Assign Resources."

    • Select the appropriate activities, students, and options.

    • Click "Assign e-Resources."
