Print Receipts: The account owner can print a receipt anytime from the Purchase History tab on the My Account page. Select the bill for the desired receipt and use your browser's print feature to print the necessary copies.
Invoices for Purchase Orders: If you paid by purchase order, an invoice will be available in the Purchase History tab of the My Account page within 2-3 business days after the purchase order is applied.
Requesting Copies: If you are not the account owner, you can request a copy of the invoice or receipt by providing the account owner's name, email address, and the purchase order number, if applicable, directly in chat.
