Admin Guide: Printing Login Cards and Caregiver Letters

Step-by-Step Guide to Printing Login Cards and Caregiver Letters from the Manage Users page.

Note: This option is only available for License Coordinators, Co-Coordinators, and Sub-Coordinators who manage multiple teacher accounts.

  1. Log in to your Account Management page with your credentials.

  2. Go to the "Manage Users" tab at the top.

  3. Click on the "Students" tab to see the list of students.

  4. Select the student(s) you want to print Login Cards or Caregiver Letters for.

    • To select multiple students, check the box next to each name.

  5. On the right side of the student's row, click the three vertical dots to open a menu.

    • If selecting multiple students, click the 'Select Action' button at the bottom of the screen.

  6. Choose either "Print Login Cards" or "Print Caregiver Letters" from the menu.

  7. A pop-up window will appear; click "Print."
