This article provides a guide for users who have forgotten their Learning A-Z login information and are experiencing difficulties.

If you have forgotten your password or username, follow these steps to reset your password and retrieve your username:

  1. Reset Password:

    • Click here to start the reset process: Reset Password

    • Choose the correct username link if you have multiple accounts with the same email.

    • It might take a few minutes for the email to arrive or be redirected to your spam/junk folder.

  2. Troubleshooting:

    • Clear your browser cache to force the browser to communicate with our website instead of using a stored page. This often resolves login problems.

    • Switch to Firefox or Google Chrome if you are using Internet Explorer or Safari.

  3. Security Software:

    • Update your security software (firewall) to allow access to our site by adding an exception. If unsure how to do this, contact your technology department (if at school), your internet service provider, or the security software company.

    • Click the link only once to avoid any issues. For added security, the link immediately expires once clicked and will also expire 2 hours after it is sent if not used.

    • Ask your technology department to configure the security software not to test the links to prevent users from receiving expired password reset links.
