Customers who have accidentally ordered duplicate licenses to the same product are eligible for a full refund on an account with little to no use. To request a refund, click the chat bubble in the bottom right of the screen and include both usernames, the full name of the subscriber, and the product(s).

♦ Refunds must be requested in writing via chat, and all refunds will be issued according to the original payment method.
