Customers who have accidentally ordered duplicate licenses to the same product are eligible for a full refund on an account with little to no use. To request a refund, click the chat bubble in the bottom right of the screen and include both usernames, full name of the subscriber, and product(s).

Refunds must be requested in writing and all refunds will be issued according to the original payment method.
