Purchasing for New Customers

Start the order/quote process with the Order Now button on the appropriate product's website or our store page.

  1. If you have an existing Learning A-Z account, enter your username and password, then click Log In. Otherwise, click Continue to Cart.

  2. Click Add to Cart for each product you would like to purchase.

  3. Enter the number of classrooms for each product.

    1. Each classroom holds up to 36 students. Teachers with more than 36 students will need one classroom for each set of 36 students.

  4. Choose the number of years for each product.

  5. Click Proceed to Checkout.

  6. Enter or confirm the contact information of the individual who will be managing the licenses.

  7. Click User Details.

  8. Select your Occupation and enter your school information.

    1. If you are a Parent, Homeschooler, or Tutor, select District not in this list.

    2. Enter Parent, Homeschooler, or Tutor in the School/Organization field.

  9. Create a username unique to our system.

  10. Click Payment Info.

  11. Select a payment method.

    • If you are paying with a credit card, fill out the card information and click Complete Order.

    • If you are paying with a check or a purchase order, click Generate Quote.

  12. Check the box "I understand that to complete my order, I need to respond to a verification email and provide permission for my students to use Learning A-Z online learning tools."

  13. Click Complete Order.

    1. You will be sent a verification email to the address entered; follow the link in the email to agree to our privacy policy.

♦ Credit card orders will be activated immediately. Check or purchase order payments will be processed and activated within 2-3 business days from our receipt of the completed online order form and payment.

If you are purchasing multiple licenses, we recommend working with your account executive to customize a Learning A-Z package to best fit your needs.
