Purchasing for New Customers

  1. Start Order/Quote Process:

    • Click the Order Now button on the product's website or store page.

  2. Log In or Continue:

    • Existing Learning A-Z account holders: Enter username and password, then click Log In.

    • New customers: Click Continue to Cart.

  3. Add Products to Cart:

    • Click Add to Cart for each desired product.

    • Enter the number of classrooms for each product.

    • Note: Each classroom holds up to 36 students. Teachers with more than 36 students need one license per 36 students.

  4. Select Duration:

    • Choose the number of years for each product.

  5. Proceed to Checkout:

    • Click Checkout.

  6. Enter/Confirm Contact Information:

    • Provide contact details for the individual managing the licenses.

  7. User Details:

    • Click User Details.

    • Select your occupation and enter school information.

    • For Parents, Homeschoolers, or Tutors: Select District not in this list and enter "Parent," "Homeschooler," or "Tutor" in the School/Organization field.

    • Create a unique username.

  8. Payment Info:

    • Click Payment Info.

    • Select a payment method:

      • Credit Card: Fill out card information and click Complete Order.

      • Check/Purchase Order: Click Generate Quote.

  9. Order Confirmation:

    • Check the box to acknowledge understanding of the verification email and permission requirements.

    • Click Complete Order.

  10. Verification Email:

    • Follow the link in the verification email to agree to the privacy policy.

Payment Processing:

  • Credit Card Orders: Licenses are activated immediately.

  • Check/Purchase Order Payments: Processed and activated within 2-3 business days after receipt of the completed online order form and payment.

Multiple Licenses:

  • Work with your account executive account executive to customize a Learning A-Z package to fit your needs.
