Renewal Process for Licenses

  1. Log In:

  2. Select Product:

    • Click Renew Licenses under the product you wish to renew.

    • You can add other products on the next page.

  3. Add Products:

    • For each additional product, click Add to Cart.

    • Enter the number of classrooms utilizing the resources for each product.

  4. Select Duration:

    • Choose the number of years for each product.

  5. Proceed to Checkout:

    • Click Checkout.

  6. Confirm Details:

    • Confirm your contact details and order summary.

    • Click Continue Order.

  7. Payment Method:

    • Select a payment method:

      • Credit Card: Fill out card information and click Complete Order.

      • Check/Money Order or Purchase Order: Click Generate Quote.

Payment Processing:

  • Credit Card Orders: Processed immediately.

  • Check/Purchase Order Payments: Processed within 2-3 business days after receipt of the completed online order form and payment.

Renewal Activation:

  • Renewals activate when the current license expires.

  • For additional licenses included in the renewal, connect to an agent to find out how to activate them immediately. There may be an additional prorated fee based on the remaining time on the current license.

Multiple Licenses:

  • Work with your account executive to customize a Learning A-Z package to fit your needs.
