Start the renewal process by logging into your My Account page.
Select Renew Licenses under the product you wish to renew.
You will have the opportunity to add other products on the next page.
Click Add to Cart for each additional product you would like to add to your order.
Enter the number of classrooms utilizing the resources for each product.
Choose the number of years for each product.
Confirm your contact details and order summary.
Click Continue Order.
Select a payment method.
If you are paying with a credit card, fill out the card information and click Complete Order.
If you are paying with a check or a purchase order, click Generate Quote.
Credit card orders will be processed immediately. Check or purchase order payments will be processed within 2-3 business days from our receipt of the completed online order form and payment.
Renewals will activate when the current license expires. If the renewal includes additional licenses, contact us to find out how to activate the additional licenses immediately. There may be an additional prorated fee depending on the amount of time left on the current license.
