We want to make sure every teacher and classroom is set up for success! Here’s how our licensing works:
✅ One Classroom, One License
If a teacher supports only 1 classroom with up to 36 students, one license under the teacher’s username will cover that classroom.
No need to set up a classroom. Student-facing resources will be available in Kids A-Z site under the teacher’s username.
✅ More Than One Classroom or More Than 36 Students
If a teacher supports multiple classrooms or has more than 36 students, additional licenses are required.
Each license covers up to 36 students.
Teachers can set up multiple classrooms under the same username, up to 7 classrooms total.
✅ Shared Rostering
Shared Rostering allows teachers under a multi-license account, who have at least one product in common, to share important student information across classrooms. This makes collaboration easy when students work with multiple teachers.
