How to Download Reports/Customer Data – User Guide for Teachers

Overview

To preserve your organization’s data, please download all necessary reports before account expiration. After 45 days of inactivity following the end of all subscriptions, applicable grace periods, or approved data extension periods have expired, or as noted in the contractual agreement, all account data will be permanently deleted.

Download Reports from Raz-Plus, Foundations A-Z, and Writing A-Z

Follow these steps to download a Student Usage Report:

  1. Log in to your teacher account.

  2. Open the Menu (☰) in the top-left corner, scroll down, and select Classroom Reports.

  3. Set the filters:

    • Change the Date filter to show data for the Past Year.

    • If you use more than one product, set the Product filter to All.

    Note: Report data is only available for the past 365 days.

  4. On the right side of the page, click the horizontal Ellipsis (•••) menu and select Download All Filtered Data.

  5. Your Student Usage Report will download automatically.

Steps to Download Reports from Raz-Kids, Science A-Z, and Vocabulary A-Z

Follow these steps to download a Student Usage Report:

  1. Log in to your teacher account.

  2. Hover over Manage Students and select Reports.

  3. Set the filters:

    • Change the Date filter to show data for the Past Year.

    • If you use more than one product, set the Product filter to All.

    Note: Report data is only available for the past 365 days.

  4. On the right side of the page, click the horizontal Ellipsis (•••) menu and select Download All Filtered Data.

  5. Your Student Usage Report will download automatically.
