If you notice that after printing a file, some images are offset, a frame is offsetting the image, text is out of place, or images are black, an error likely occurred when the file was sent to the printer or the printer driver is outdated. To resolve this, you can either download the file directly to your desktop, print the file as an image, or update your printer driver.
Download the File Differently:
Right-click the PDF link.
Select Save Target As or Save Link As from the menu.
Choose where to save the file on your computer.
Click Save.
Launch Adobe Reader.
Choose File > Open from within Acrobat.
Navigate to and open the saved file.
Choose File > Print.
Save the File as an Image Before Printing:
Choose Advanced from the top of the Print menu.
Check the Print As Image check box.
Update Your Printer Driver:
Visit the website for your printer manufacturer to download and install the latest printer driver.
