Renewing an Existing Account

Start the renewal process by logging into your My Account (Account Management) page.

  1. Select Renew Licenses under the product you wish to renew.

    • You will have the opportunity to add other products on the next page.

  2. For each additional product you would like to add to your order, click Add to Cart.

  3. Enter the number of classrooms utilizing the resources for each product.

  4. Choose the number of years (Length of License) for each product.

  5. Click Proceed To Checkout.

  6. Confirm your contact details and order summary are correct.

  7. Click Continue Order.

  8. Select a payment method.

    • If you are paying with a credit card, fill out the card information and click Complete Order.

    • If you are paying with a Check/Money Order or a Purchase Order, click Generate Quote.

♦ Credit card orders will be processed immediately. Check or purchase order payments will be processed within 2-3 business days from our receipt of the completed online order form and payment.

♦ Renewals will activate when the current license expires. If the renewal includes additional licenses, select Connect to an agent to find out how to activate the additional licenses immediately. There may be an additional prorated fee, depending on the amount of time left on the current license.

♦ If you are purchasing multiple licenses, we recommend working with your account executive to customize a Learning A-Z package to best fit your needs.
