Learning A-Z will only disclose collected data to authorized agents of the educational institution, and will not knowingly disclose data to any third person without the express written authorization of the educational institution.

If a written request to disclose data to a third party is provided to Learning A-Z, the educational institution releases Learning A-Z from all responsibility for the use or disposition of the data.

Learning A-Z may also use aggregated data in our research, product development, and marketing. That aggregated, non-personally identifiable data (e.g., summary or statistical data) may be shared with third parties. However, we do not use personally identifiable data to market any products or services.
