Several states require vendors to collect sales tax for purchases of online content. If you are located in one of these states, applicable sales tax will automatically be added to your order according to your state's tax rates.
We are happy to waive the tax for tax-exempt organizations. Refunds are processed once the appropriate documentation is submitted and verified. Learning A-Z accommodates tax-exempt organizations such as nonprofits and schools by allowing them to claim a refund for any sales tax charged during the renewal process. Simply email us a copy of your tax-exempt certificate and proof that payment was made by the organization. Include your order number as reference, as well as a note confirming that payment was made with funds qualified for tax exemption. All refunds will be issued according to the original payment method.
If you were charged sales tax while renewing your account:
Submit a tax refund request to Learning A-Z.
