When a teacher assigns a digital Running Record to assess a student's reading abilities, the student is automatically directed to complete it upon logging in. If bypassed initially, the student can access it later by clicking the Flight Check or Assessment icon on the Raz-Kids student homepage.
To complete the Running Record:
The student records a reading and sends it to the teacher.
The student records a retelling and sends it to the teacher.
The student completes a short comprehension quiz.
