No Access to Microphone through Mobile App

Open Settings.

Go to your apps.

Select Kids A-Z.

Toggle the slider for the microphone to the on position.

Open Settings.

Select Apps.

Select Kids A-Z.

Tap Permissions.

Toggle the slider for the microphone to the on position.
