Permitting Access to Our Sites & Emails - Literacy Allow List

Allow list for email and domains for Learning A-Z Products

Written by Jeremy Brown

Allow List, Safe List

Many schools and districts have filtering software that may block connections to our sites. Access to Learning A-Z resources and emails requires that your district technology department allow connections to certain addresses.

To access Learning A-Z resources, please ask your technology department to configure access in firewall or proxy server outbound rules to permit traffic to our websites. This is also known as whitelisting. We recommend allowing access by domain:

*.intercom.io

🛑Note: Some security programs, such as Securly, GoGuardian or Cloudflare, require you to enter the domain with and without the asterisk (e.g., *.learninga-z.com and learninga-z.com). Your technology department may also need to allow access at both the global and local (also known as student, profile, or user) levels. If they don't enter it in at both levels, recordings may not work and students may be sent back to the login screen.

🛑Note: To prevent users from receiving expired links, we ask that your technology department configure the security software to avoid testing links.
