Learning A-Z is continuously examining its collection of the types of data it collects from its customers. Due to the auto rostering function, Learning A-Z receives the data fields that are presented to Learning A-Z by its educational k-12 customers. Learning A-Z requests and advises that customers only provide information that is needed to support Learning A-Z’s products and reporting services. As a general practice, Learning A-Z does not require demographic data to support its product offerings or reporting obligations to its customers; as such, Learning A-Z advises its k-12 customers to avoid providing those data fields to Learning A-Z.
