If one of your users cannot remember their login information, they can visit our Forgot Password page to reset it.
Alternately, you can reset their password.
Log in to your Account Management page.
Click the Manage Users tab.
Click the vertical ellipsis to the far right of that user's name.
Select Edit.
Click Reset Password in the upper right.
The user will receive an email with their username and a link to reset their password.
You can also reset the passwords for all users on your account.
Log in to your Account Management page.
Click the Manage Users tab.
Click the horizontal ellipsis to the far right above the user list.
Select Reset All Passwords.
Note: This will change all of your users' passwords and cannot be undone.
Each user will receive an email with their username and new password.
If your users don't receive the email, please have them check their junk or spam folders. If they still do not receive the email, you may need to add [email protected] as a safe address in your school's firewall security.
