Print orders can only be canceled if the print company has not yet started printing and preparing the shipment.
To request a cancellation, email us and include full name of subscriber, which classroom sets of printed resources to cancel, and the detailed reason a cancellation is being requested. Before the print order can be canceled, we must first confirm the status of the shipment. Any refunds of monies will be issued according to the original payment method.
