Teachers can assign each student up to one of each assignment type: Build-A-Book, Process Writing or Write your Way from Assign a Writing Project under Assignments. After selecting the type of writing to assign, select the student(s) or group of students, designate the options, and click Assign Writing Project. The student’s Writing Level set in the Roster will determine the content complexity of the assignment.
When the teacher has enabled the On Your Own Writing tools, students can initiate compositions with the complexity determined by the Writing Level set in the Roster. Students can save up to three drafts for each interactive tool.
