Manage Users Tab Overview

As license coordinator, you can manage the teachers, coordinators, and students on your account from the Manage Users tab on your My Account page. Once on the Manage Users tab, there are several sub-tabs:

View Teachers: View your active users, deleted users, or any sub-coordinators. You can also filter by type of user or search for specific users by name, email, or organization.

Add Teachers: Register teachers to your purchased products. If you don’t see all of your Reading A-Z or Raz-Kids licenses, click the Advanced link under Raz-Plus.

Add Coordinators: Designate someone to assist in managing your licenses. If you don’t see all of your Reading A-Z or Raz-Kids licenses, click the advanced link under Raz-Plus.

Import Teachers: Upload a CSV file containing multiple teachers or sub-coordinators to add them your account or update their contact information.
  • Please note, this cannot be used to update a teacher’s username, or create a new teacher with a specific username.

Import Students: Upload a CSV file to add or update students for all of the teachers on your account.

Teacher Self-Registration: Send a link to your educators so they can enter their own registration information. Enter the number of licenses you want each educator to have. For most license coordinators, this is usually the default of 1 license. Please note, once all of your licenses have been allocated, the link will no longer work.
