If one of your teachers cannot remember, or did not receive, the welcome email with their login information, visit the Manage Users tab of your My Account section. On the View Teachers sub-tab, click the Edit icon next to that teacher's username, then click the Reset Password link. Or, to send new passwords to all your registered teachers, scroll to the bottom of your user list and click Reset All Passwords.
An email from Learning A-Z Customer Service with the username and new password will be sent to each teacher selected. You may want to remind teachers to check junk or spam folders.
If they still do not receive a Learning A-Z welcome email, you may need to designate our email address, email@example.com, as a safe address in your school’s firewall security.
