Registering New Teachers

Manage your teachers from the Manage Users tab of the My Account section.

To add a new teacher:
 
  1. Click the Add Teachers sub-tab from the Users tab
  2. Enter the teacher’s name, email address, and school name
  3. Check the appropriate product checkboxes​
    • Please remember that a teacher must be licensed to Reading A-Z and ELL to access the ELL resources
    • If you don't see all of your Reading A-Z or Raz-Kids licenses, click the advanced link under Raz-Plus
  4. Select Add User
  5. Repeat as necessary until all teachers are registered

To add a teacher who already has an existing Learning A-Z account:
 
  1. Click the Add Teachers sub-tab from the Users tab
  2. Check the Existing User check box
  3. Enter the existing username in the Username field and click Find User. We'll use the contact information from the previous account, so there is no need to enter the name, email address, or school.
  4. Check the appropriate product check boxes​
    • Please remember that a teacher must be licensed to Reading A-Z and ELL to access the ELL resources
    • If you don't see all of your Reading A-Z or Raz-Kids licenses, click the advanced link under Raz-Plus
  5. Select Add User

An email with the system generated login information will be sent to each teacher.

Remember, you can only register as many teachers as licenses have been purchased for and are still available. Also, to remain in compliance with our usage policy contact information must be specific to the teacher who will be using the resources.

You can also import and edit your teachers using our Import Teachers feature.
