Customers who purchased a license on their own, and have at least 30-days remaining, whose school or district purchase them a license to the same product are eligible for a pro-rated refund for the value of time left on the original license. To be eligible for an upgrade refund:
1. Each originally registered classroom must be registered under the new larger license.
2. The account owner of the original license must contact Learning A-Z in writing to request the refund.
The amount of the refund will be based on the date of request, not the date the new license is activated; so, be sure to request the refund immediately after the classrooms are registered. Remember, the original license must have more than 30-days remaining to be eligible for a refund.
To request a refund, email us and include both usernames, full name of subscriber, and product(s). Refunds must be requested in writing and all refunds will be issued according to the original payment method.
