Duplicate Licenses

Customers who have accidentally ordered duplicate licenses to the same product are eligible for a full refund on the account with little to no use. To request a refund, email us and include both usernames, full name of subscriber, and product(s).
 
Refunds must be requested in writing and all refunds will be issued according to the original payment method.
