Maintenance

At Learning A-Z, we recognize that your time is valuable. That is why we make every attempt to limit maintenance outages. Our normal, monthly maintenance is performed in such a way that no planned outages occur. When it is necessary to schedule a temporary outage, we promise to do so in the evenings and on the weekend (U.S.) when the least amount of normal activity occurs.
 
We also have redundancy in place to limit the amount of unplanned, unforeseen outages. However, should these occur, our engineering staff is immediately made aware and begins correcting it.
