Account Status

At Learning A-Z, we strive to provide our customers tools to manage their own accounts. After logging in, access your My Account section in the top right hand corner of any Learning A-Z website to change your login information, update your email address, print an invoice or receipt, check your expiration date or even place an order.
 
To determine when your license to any Learning A-Z product expires, how many licenses were purchased or how many are being used, visit the Product Licenses tab of your My Account section.

It is possible to have a different expiration date or number of licenses for each product based on the original purchase, so remember to check the status of each. It’s easy to align all your licenses, simply contact us.

If you believe you already ordered a product, but don’t see it reflected, check your order status.
